For over five years Jacks worked in model and talent management booking models and actors with some of the top casting and production companies in the nation in print, commercials, fashion shows, events, and music videos. Over the years Jacks built her company and talent up to such a high degree that her beautiful models were frequently booked in music’s biggest artist projects known in the world.

After many years working in model and talent booking Jacks began to look for a more creative outlet in the production world. In 2002 she moved away from management to further her production career. Creativity coupled with drive and extensive experience working with talent allowed Jacks to create distinctive concepts for fashion shows and promotional print and ad campaigns, while simultaneously casting the best models and creative talent for the job.

Never one to be left behind on new technologies, Jacks also gained significant video production experience producing and directing behind-the-scenes footage of many of her jobs.
